From Vision to Reality
Challenge
WLCM was brought in to build and launch SoulPod based on externally provided designs and a visionary app concept. While the creative direction and branding were handled by the client’s design team, our challenge was to translate these high-concept, multi-layered spiritual experiences into a stable, intuitive, and responsive iOS app.
Solution
To meet the complexity of the ritual system and community experience, our development and QA team created a dynamic 21-day journey personalized by quiz results, with daily content unlocks and options to revisit or save rituals. We built interactive Pods with chat, matching, and notifications, optimized meditation playback and looping, and tested engagement tools like quotes and reminders for timing and personalization. Secure sign-up with OTP, synced history, and persistent user states ensured a seamless and continuous experience.
Results
Our collaboration resulted in a stable, visually aligned, and immersive spiritual app. It delivered a smooth onboarding-to-ritual flow, a flexible engine for daily content updates, and a fully functional Pod system for group interaction. Users praised its stability and ease of use, and the app successfully launched on time, meeting all quality and content expectations.

About Soulpod.
SoulPod is an iOS mobile app designed to support personal and spiritual evolution through structured 21-day journeys. It combines guided breathwork, reflection prompts, and energetic teachings to help users transition from occasional spiritual practice to daily ritual.
At the heart of the experience is an astral-intelligence quiz that tailors each journey to the user’s current energetic state. The app also includes a community feature, allowing users to join or create Pods — groups where seekers can reflect, share, and grow together. In addition to the journeys, SoulPod offers a Portal library with standalone breathwork, mini-rituals, and soundscape timers for users who prefer drop-in experiences.
