Loch Kelly, a leading mindfulness teacher, envisioned a mobile app that gave his students and others easy access to his teachings and meditations, as well as a desktop-based admin portal to manage content and monitor usage for data-driven improvements ongoing.
With smart UX, we re-designed and re-built an existing, non-functioning admin portal; re-built the backend code for optimal performance and extensibility; and refactored the React Native mobile app to make it launch-ready.
A non-functioning software system that a previous team had spent nine months building was re-designed and then re-built by WLCM in three months. With performance and stability the client could rely on, they were able to finally launch with confidence.
