FeelBetr is credible, verified health sources for you: a personalized wellness and support hub where people working through symptoms and diagnoses find short-form video from vetted medical experts, sponsored peer groups, and conversations that feel like “me too.” We designed and built the patient app, the medical-expert experience, and the admin panel.
Give people navigating symptoms and diagnoses a credible alternative to open social feeds: verified medical experts, real conversations, and a space that feels safe and personal.
A three-sided platform — a patient app with a symptom-personalized video feed and sponsored groups, a medical-expert experience for posting and tracking, and an admin panel for creators, brands, and sponsors.
Watch this space — FeelBetr is newly launched.
People arrive at FeelBetr mid-diagnosis, often after months of being unheard. The interface is deliberately quiet — near-black surfaces, a single forest-green action color, and Poppins set generously — so the videos, faces, and words carry the weight, not the chrome.
Bright accents (orange, pink, yellow) are reserved for moments of warmth: a liked comment, a brand headline, the flowing type that wraps the intro screens.
Instead of a long intake form, onboarding opens a conversation: “What symptoms and diagnoses are you currently working through?” Symptoms become chips as you type, and each answer tailors the feed, the experts you see, and the groups you’re invited into.
Demographic questions explain themselves — why we ask, and how it matches you with content and experts you can relate to.
Verified experts get a profile with credentials and specialty, a posted/drafts library, notifications, and a simple upload flow: pick a ready-made video, add at least one tag, post. Statistics show views, watch time, and the audience’s stated reasons for watching.
Every post is tagged to symptoms, so a patient searching “endometriosis” lands on an orthopedic surgeon’s explainer, not a trending clip.
A responsive admin panel lets the FeelBetr team manage creators (with degree, specialty, state), brands and their bylines, sponsored groups with date-ranged sponsorship windows, plus health data and reports — all in the same dark visual language as the app.
Edits happen in place through side sheets and inline calendars so an admin never leaves the table they’re working in.
